Rooms were neat and clean. Temperature and noise levels were great. People at the reception were kind and friendly. We used the hotel's van to go to town and the driver was on point.

The room was spacious and comfortable with very tasteful decor. The king bed was very comfortable and the pillows and coverlette were soft and lovely. There was a nice TV and Wifi. Parking was plentiful and we appreciated the electric charging stations for our Tesla. Very Clean!

Excellent customer service from front desk Tiffany, Good service recovery from Manager Scott after initial issue. Hotel is in a Great location, about five-minute drive to bars and restaurants. Hotel lobby is bright and airy, and their restaurant serves a tasty breakfast. It was wonderful to have convenient available parking right outside, which is included! Hotel is located in a nice quiet area of town, but still walkable.

Very clean and modern facility! Spacious room (king bed and sofa) with water, ice and microwave in every floor. So convenient! Staff was great as well.

Very smart hotel, recently refurbished. Great location. Hotel provided transport on request to downtown Sarasota and attractions which we made use of. Hotel shuttle bus drivers were very helpful and accommodating, picking up super promptly when requested. Large well appointed room with great facilities. Would stay there again without hesitation

It was great. AMAZING STAFFF.. BISTRO BREAKFAST WAS ON POINT. POOL A LITTLE SMALL BUT NICE.. ME AND THEY WIFE WOULD STAY AGAIN

Great location walkable to downtown Sarasota. Loved the breakfast and bar area. Staff were all great, friendly and professional. Loved having the shuttle bus to take us to St. Armond circle - we were able to leave the car at the hotel and not worry a kit parking on the island.

Nice hotel in a GREAT location. I was traveling for work and they offer ample parking (i drive a van which some hotels cannot accommodate).

The room decor was nice and very Floridian, clean as could be! The mattress was a little to firm, but pillows comfy. Hotel provided beach towels, umbrellas and rides within a certain mile radius. What they called their pool was not a pool at all like at other hotels. It was 2 spa size pools, one heated one not. They are suppose to remodel and put in a new regular pool. The restaurant and bar was very good with choices. The hotel was not too large that you felt like you were at Disney. Very boutique style. I would go again to this hotel.
